About
Courtney Howard serves as a Project Design Manager for one of Cushman and Wakefield’s leading global financial clients. She has a BFA, a diploma in psychology, certifications in Fundamentals of Project Management, Transformation Leadership, Ethical Leadership and is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. Since joining Cushman and Wakefield she has provided strategic leadership for space and occupancy planning in real estate offices, warehouses, manufacturing sites, and exteriors globally. Specializing with financial and technology-based clients she leads and manages a team who preform programming, feasibility/agility demands, concept plans, design standards, guidelines, schematic plans, FF&E coordination, and design development plans. While creating occupancy and design needs, she ensures concepts are safe, functional, code compliant and meets the welfare of others. Her portfolio consists of on-boarding agendas, programming, space metrics, general construction documents, vendor process documents, client specific guidelines for furniture, FF&E packages, along with conducting vendor web portals.
Her clientele consists of 22+ Corporate Headquarter clients across America. Working with clients on 150+ work points, over 5M SF of office space, managing EMEAR, APAC, Mexico, and Canada projects, all while saving clients millions in portfolio costs. She focuses on providing mentorship through internship programs, building key relationships, finding alternative solutions that better save her clients time and money while also striving for efficiency and accuracy. Her relationship with clients is to always be transparent, look for continued areas of improvement and exceed their expectations.
