About
Crystal began her Project Management career as an Interior Designer in residential construction, later emerging into managing programs and projects. These projects sectors have included commercial, education and hospitality. Her design experience has assisted her in developing processes used in operations, ensuring key transformation procedures develop in flow and interconnect with program tasks.
Previous work includes Project Management with Jones Lang LaSalle's - in Asia Pacific. There she offered oversight to national projects, handling global occupier clients in multi-sectors such as Daimler, Bank of America, Lenovo to name a few.
Her unique value is her ability to integrate the design process into project management, resulting in efficiency and improved productivity through the work streams.
Areas of Specialization
As a Director with C&W, Crystal will ensure processes are in place to manage all aspects of the project development. Crystal excels in project management functions which include project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. She will orchestrate end-to-end delivery of building and ID solutions through her strong understanding of the work sequencing process. Crystal will drive projects from start to completion and with her team and will value engineer ways to bring cost-savings to a project.
