Dale Braverman serves as an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group. Based in New York City, Mr. Braverman focuses on raising debt and equity on behalf of institutional and private clients for properties and development projects throughout the country. During his time with the team, Mr. Braverman has been involved in over 30 transactions totaling over $2.0 billion.  

Mr. Braverman began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield, working in the New York City industrial leasing group. In this role, Mr. Braverman was involved in over 43 transactions totaling over $105.2 million in consideration.

Mr. Braverman holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MS in Real Estate Development from New York University.
