About

As a Vice Chairman and Leader of the Tenant Advisory and Leasing Team in Dallas, David Eseke focuses on advising clients in the industrial real estate industry. This includes local and national tenant representation, institutional leasing, identification of land and development sites, as well as off-market property sales and acquisitions. In addition to his brokerage activities, David leads the Industrial Leasing and Tenant Rep Team in Dallas, where he is responsible for strategy, recruiting and talent development.

David earned his bachelor’s degree at Wheaton College, where he played varsity basketball. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and is a member for SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors).
