Profile
David Findling is a senior executive in one of the world’s largest commercial real estate services companies. He provides solutions to corporate occupiers and has been doing so for the past 29 years. Mr. Findling provides best-in-class service for his clients and is founding Chairman of the Tenant Advisory Group of Cushman & Wakefield.
Tenant Representation is the first of his two primary areas of expertise. He has a vast amount of experience in representing law firms and financial services companies; however, he has clients in many other sectors including science, tech, and media. The second is Transaction Management. David has delivered multi market transaction advisory services in virtually every major US and global market over his career.
Mr. Findling is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, Executives’ Club of Chicago, CoreNet and is a chapter sponsor of the Association of Legal Administrators. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and has taken several CCIM Education courses. Mr. Findling is the recipient of various awards, including: 2009 NAIOP “Transaction of the Year” nominee; Top 10 Producer 2000, 2003 – 2014; Duke Realty Corporation – 2003 Deal of the Year; 2003 & 2004 Costar Chicago Top 20 Power Broker; and National Top 200 Producer.
