About

Dimitri P. Venekas is a Director in the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specializes in the sale of commercial properties throughout New York City. With over a decade of experience in both investment sales and debt brokerage, Dimitri brings sharp market insight and a hands-on approach to executing complex transactions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dimitri spent five years at Cosmos Capital Group, where he successfully brokered both debt and equity deals across all asset classes, following five years at CPEX Real Estate, where he focused on the Brooklyn market.

A Bay Ridge, Brooklyn native, Dimitri earned his Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland, where he was also a member of the university’s rugby team. He currently resides in NoHo and is fluent in Greek.
