He has been recognized by NAIOP, DMCAR, Costar, CREJ, and the DBJ as a top producing and leading broker in Metro Denver.  He has been awarded Cushman & Wakefield’s Top Industrial Broker in Colorado in 2013, 2014, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.  Drew is the past President for the Colorado Chapter of SIOR (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors).
