About
As a Director on the Multi-Market Advisory Solutions team in the Southeast Region, Eli focuses on providing proven solutions to portfolio occupiers and ensuring the highest stakeholder value.
Prior to joining the Multi-Market Advisory Solutions team, Eli was in Transaction Management at the Portfolio Services Center in St. Louis. Eli started by serving both the Kelly Services and Flowers Foods accounts throughout the country and Canada. For Flowers Foods, Eli was provided the opportunity to eliminate all 150 month-to-month leases by entering into long-term leases. For Kelly Services, Eli and team executed a restructure project which helped the client save $1.2 million in rent through nearly 40 lease buyouts.
Eli then served the Circle K account by managing the sale of surplus properties across the country. Eli and the Circle K team were responsible for selling nearly 250 properties while managing over 75 local listing brokers. Eli also implemented and maintained a database containing all information pertaining to the surplus properties and the corresponding sales.
In addition to serving his clients, Eli also became the go-to for all Power BI help and Dashboard building for many different client presentations and meetings at the PSC.

Eli is the League Director of an elementary flag football league at his alma mater, Parkway South. Eli is also the head middle school football coach for the Parkway South Jr. Patriots program.
