Jack Dougherty is a Senior Brokerage Specialist within in Cushman & Wakefield’s New York Headquarters office. As a member of the Institutional Leasing Advisory Group, Jack provides comprehensive support to a top-performing brokerage team with a focus on business development, client service, transaction execution, marketing, and ensuring seamless coordination across the broader team’s client activity.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jack was an Associate at Transwestern where he specialized in Tenant Representation, concentrating his practice on the financial, legal, and technology/media industries. Jack later transitioned to Avison Young, where his role expanded to encompass both Tenant and Landlord Advocacy, he represented multiple landlord portfolios across Downtown and Midtown Manhattan.
