Jared Schwartz serves as an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, bringing more than 15 years of experience as a strategic and financial consultant to his role. His work provides strategic and analytic insights derived from a broad scope of experience spanning the nation, collaborating seamlessly with numerous successful and highly sophisticated broker teams.

Jared's expertise lies in advising clients on structuring ideal real estate transactions to achieve critical objectives, including cash-flow optimization and GAAP/financial statement enhancement.

His work enables tenants to align their real estate goals with core organizational objectives. He excels by thoroughly understanding the financial implications of deal points and the individual party’s financial objectives. He utilizes his knowledge to quantify and tailor the team’s strategic leverage in order to achieve superlative results. His services encompass strategic planning and negotiations, financial structuring, discounted cash- flow analysis, investment and ownership analysis, build-to-suit analysis, sale- leaseback analysis, and indifference modeling. Additionally, he provides a multitude of customized analyses tailored to individual clients’ needs.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jared held the position of Senior Managing Director at Savills and was the West Coast lead of the Financial Consulting Group. Over his tenure at Savills, Jared worked as an integrated consulting member with some of the most successful broker teams and the firm’s largest occupier clients.
