Jeff Dybas is Executive Director of Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance at Cushman & Wakefield and is part of one of the most active brokerage teams in the Northeast.  With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Jeff is recognized as one of the most respected real estate veterans in the area and has been involved in high profile and large financings, as well as strategic and specialty equity raises over the years.  He delivers local market expertise along with broad and deep capital markets experience.

Jeff holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate.
