As Executive Managing Director, Johnny Johnson has played a significant role leading the marketing and leasing services delivered to Cushman & Wakefield clients in Texas. He is active in the value-creation process and in developing leasing and marketing strategies for multiple office assets. In addition, Johnson plays a direct leasing role for several significant leasing assignments and supports leasing professionals in Dallas to ensure that properties owned by Cushman & Wakefield clients are positioned to outperform the competition.

Johnson is a recognized market leader and has been involved in Dallas real estate for 38 years. In that time, he has closed more than 18 million square feet of transactions on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial clients across the United States. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Johnson was an Executive Managing Director and Principal for DTZ/Cassidy Turley and Principal for Texas-based CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
