Josh Crane is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in office and retail leasing, tenant representation, medical office and landlord advisory services. Known for his personal, ownership-like approach, Josh delivers comprehensive solutions—from lease negotiations to marketing and brand development—for the assets he represents. 

His expertise spans everything from new developments to landmark properties, allowing him to tailor strategies to the unique goals of each client and asset. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Josh held key roles at Baum Realty Group, Merit Partners, Golub & Company, and M&J Wilkow. 

At Baum, he co-led strategic leasing initiatives and national tenant representation efforts, including overseeing real estate strategy for Curaleaf’s East Region. As co-founder of Merit Partners, he focused on repositioning assets across the Chicago market. Earlier in his career at Golub & Company, Josh directed the leasing of over 1 million square feet of Class A and B office space. 

Josh is widely recognized for his deep market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and ability to drive long-term value for both landlords and tenants.
