About
Josh joined the Cushman & Wakefield as a Project Manager for the Project Development Services Group, bringing with him more than 14 years of experience in office, retail, hospitality, and healthcare construction. Josh is the lead project manager for multiple Cushman & Wakefield healthcare accounts where he manages the design, construction, and medical outfit of all types of healthcare projects. Josh also has extensive experience in contract management and strategic sourcing. Competitive bidding and creative value engineering are paramount to Josh’s project success. To effectively manage projects Josh has become adept in Excel, Word, PlanSwift, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Building Engines, Ingenious IO, Owner Insite, and other software.
