Kathrine Gillis serves as Director of Brokerage for Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas, where she focuses on advancing brokerage performance, driving strategic growth, and fostering collaboration across the firm’s platform. In her role, she works closely with brokerage professionals to enhance productivity, expand market share, and deliver integrated solutions to clients across North Texas.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kathrine spent nearly a decade with CBRE, where she held a series of progressive leadership roles across marketing and brokerage operations. She began her tenure as a Marketing Coordinator in 2016 and advanced to Marketing Director, where she led strategic business development marketing in North Texas. Transitioning into brokerage leadership, she served as Sales Management Director for North Texas before being named Retail Managing Director for Texas. In this role, she was responsible for driving brokerage performance, cultivating talent, and strengthening connectivity between local teams and the broader CBRE platform. Throughout her time at CBRE, she built a reputation for disciplined execution, strong leadership, and collaborative results.

Kathrine began her career in public relations at a boutique firm, where she spent more than four years supporting clients across the commercial real estate industry, developing a strong foundation in communications and client service.

Outside of her professional career, Kathrine spends time with her husband, John and is the proud mother to three boys—George, Miles, and Benjamin.
