Kevin Phelan is Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Services division in Denver, Colorado. Kevin brings over 13 years of industry experience covering multiple asset classes and specializing in multifamily investment sales in the Mountain West region.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Kevin was a Senior Advisor with Capstone Companies, a multi-housing brokerage, and prior as a Senior Associate with CBRE, both located in Denver. Earlier in his professional career in New York City, he also worked as a director at Capstone Realty Advisors. Kevin is a dedicated member of his community and spends his spare time volunteering to various organizations that help prevent homelessness.
