Kris Moore is responsible for the oversight of Group RMC’s Cushman & Wakefield portfolio which encompasses over 1.7 million square feet of real estate, including three office parks totaling 39 buildings, in the Indianapolis area. Her responsibilities include lease and contract administration, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting and construction project coordination. Kris’s portfolio experience includes management for private investment firms as well as several institutional clients. Prior to joining the company, Kris spent nearly 16 years as an accountant specializing in the commercial real estate industry. Her experience includes both public and private accounting positions. Kris spent five years in public accounting at KPMG, working primarily with Simon Property Group. She has also been an accounting manager for LaSalle Partners and a controller for the F.C. Tucker Company.
