Kyle Coons joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas office in 2024. Mr. Coons is currently an Appraiser for the Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support (“DALS”) group within the Valuation & Advisory service line. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kyle worked with Originator Group, LLC from 2016 – 2024. 

Appraisal / valuation and consulting assignments include apartment buildings, co-ops, and condominium buildings, garden apartment complexes, office, single/multi-tenant retail and industrial buildings, proposed and retrospective valuations, assisted living facilities, mobile home parks, unique assets (i.e. religious facilities, friaries), service stations, and self-storage facilities, ground leases, and land.  Assignments have been concentrated in the New York Metropolitan area with an emphasis on the five boroughs; however, assignments have been undertaken across the United States (NY, NJ, TX, CT, PA, FL, DE, OK, CA, MD, OH, IN).
