Mark brings over 27 years of Bay Area and Alameda County industrial brokerage experience to his assignments. In 2008, Mark joined BT Commercial (now Cushman and Wakefield) from Grubb & Ellis, where he was a top producing broker over many years and a top 100 producing broker nationally in 2001, 2004 and 2006. Mark has been the top producing broker in the Pleasanton office in 2010 – 2013, and is one of the top brokers within Cushman and Wakefield in the Greater Bay Area. Mark has represented (leased or sold) in excess of 12,000,000 square feet involving over 600 deals. He has consistently been one of the top producing brokers in the Tri Valley and Central Valley markets. Mark’s primary focus has been institutional industrial project leasing, warehouse/distribution tenant representation and land acquisition for development projects.
