Matt Squires began his career as an industrial leasing and sales specialist in North San Mateo County. As the local market evolved from primarily an industrial center to one of the largest Life Sciences hubs on the West Coast, he transitioned to servicing industrial and life science tenants and landlord/developers.

Matt began his career in 1998 with Cassidy Turley and was one of the firms rising stars through his first five years in the industry. He has since built his reputation and resume around delivering optimal results for his clients. Matt has represented several prominent landlords and tenants throughout his career including Prologis, Shorenstein, Boston Properties, Genentech BioMed Realty, Terreno Stockbridge Capital and PSAI Realty Parners to name a few.
