About

Matt Weinreb is a Senior Transaction Manager at Cushman & Wakefield on the Global Corporate Services team helping lead the Meta account. He works directly with Meta’s Real Estate strategy group on the evaluation of opening new locations throughout the country.  Matt works closely with David Harris, Barrie Scardina, and Hannah Olson. 

Prior to joining the Cushman & Wakefield team, Matt was part of the National Retail Expansion Leasing Team at Simon Property Group, helping growing brands to lease and occupy retail space within Simon’s national portfolio of over 250 properties.  Before Simon, he was on the Territory Expansion team at GoPuff for the New York Metropolitan area. Additionally, Matt worked at both CBRE and JLL for their respective Retail Advisory & Transaction teams in NYC (CBRE) and DC/MD (JLL), focusing on both tenant and landlord representation.
