Before joining Cushman and Wakefield, Megan Andrew was a Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services team in San Diego, where she focused on office and life science clients. She built new business through market research, industry engagement, and relationship development, and was one of two brokers in the San Diego office selected to participate in CBRE’s international Broker Accelerator Program. 

Previously, Megan spent six years with JLL in Dallas, specializing in healthcare and life science tenant and landlord representation across Texas. She closed more than $136 million in total lease value across 130+ transactions and was recognized as a JLL Top Achiever in 2021. Her work included site selection, financial analysis, lease negotiations, and portfolio optimization for major health systems, physician groups, and private equity-backed platforms. 

She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business.
