About

Mike Whittington is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield supporting the Global Occupier Services team specializing in Transaction Management. In this role, Mike is responsible for day-to-day Transaction Management oversight for complex corporate client’s commercial real estate portfolios. Mike analyzes client’s portfolios and business units and provides insights and potential strategies that align with client’s objectives. Mike has years of experience working on acquisitions, dispositions, sale leasebacks and corporate headquarters relocations.

Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Mike held similar positions at CBRE supporting the Ford Motor Company’s 220 million square foot global portfolio. He also supported McKesson Corporation as the Transaction Director leading a team of seven Transaction managers supporting their 30 million square foot portfolio of owned and leased assets. Mike was with JLL for over 18 years and led various Transaction Management account teams for several clients including Kaiser Permanente, Cisco, Xerox, and Bank of America.
