About

Mike Bott joined Thalhimer in 2026 as Director of Project and Development Services.  He brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate real estate operations, development, and program leadership, with a strong track record of delivering complex real estate initiatives, building high-performing teams, and implementing scalable operational processes. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Mike served in senior leadership roles at Capital One, where he led real estate transaction management, new build programs, portfolio optimization initiatives, and third-party governance programs supporting a national real estate footprint.

Mike’s background also includes development leadership and consulting roles focused on due diligence, entitlements, design, construction execution, and capital project oversight across multifamily and commercial assets. His experience aligning real estate strategy with business objectives and managing cross-functional teams positions him well to support clients through the full lifecycle of development and project delivery.
