Mike Lindeman is a Senior Vice President and Director of Transaction Management with Cushman & Wakefield in Denver, Colorado. He specializes in delivering strategic corporate real estate solutions for national and international clients, with a primary focus on industrial and corporate portfolio management.

Mike serves as an account lead for key corporate relationships, advising clients on strategic planning, acquisitions and dispositions, lease restructurings, financial analysis, lease negotiations, and economic incentive negotiations. He is known for aligning real estate strategy with overall business objectives to reduce operating costs, improve portfolio performance, and streamline real estate processes.

Prior to joining the Corporate Services team, Mike worked as a commercial real estate broker, gaining broad experience across office, industrial, retail, and flex properties. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University, where he studied real estate with a minor in construction management.
