Nicholas Zajac is an Appraiser Trainee of Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group in the South Florida Area. He is also a member of the Hospitality & Gaming group in South Florida. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in December 2025, he was employed as a Real Estate Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty in Miami, Florida.
