Born in Norfolk, Virginia and reared in Ohio, Pete Alpeter began his career in Hawaii commercial real estate in 1993 after a successful career as an aviator and staff officer in the U.S. Navy. His last tour of duty was with the Commander and Chief Pacific staff where he retired as a Commander. Pete was previously licensed as a real estate agent in California and has had retail sales experience with his family owned furniture stores and interior design companies in both Seattle and Honolulu.
For three years prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks (formerly Chaney Brooks and Company), Pete was an exclusive industrial leasing agent with Monroe & Friedlander, Inc. In addition to corporate representation, Mr. Alpeter has represented non-profit organizations, churches, charter schools, pre-schools, and public service organizations.
