With 10 years of experience representing office landlords and tenants, Phil has brokered over 2 million square feet of transactions for his clients. As a specialist in landlord & tenant office representation, he assists landlords with devising strategic leasing plans for their portfolios throughout the Nashville area. He also advises professional service and technology companies on their local, national, and global real estate strategies. 

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Phil was Vice President at The Cauble Group and Vice President at Avison Young in San Francisco.
