About
Riley serves as a Senior Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Team in Dallas, Texas. Riley focuses on project leasing, tenant representation, and acquisition/disposition services specialized in the Great Southwest and Arlington submarkets. He has significant transactional experience in the Fort Worth, DFW Airport, and Garland submarkets as well. This includes evaluation of industrial property, financial analysis, and securing advantageous lease terms, concession packages, and municipal incentives. Riley is partnered with Great Southwest veteran and C&W Managing Director, John Brewer. Their submarket focus allows them to add the greatest value for their clients.
Since 2019, Riley has brokered more than $150M of industrial leases and sales across 170+ transactions and his team has transacted over 12M SF since 2021. Prior to joining C&W, Riley was a member of the Industrial Services group at Transwestern for 6 years.
