About
Rob is a retail leasing agent / leasing broker based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has a talent for filling retail properties and the everyday grind required for success. He finds enjoyment in the analysis of assets, developing strategies, and then boldly enacting plans through cold calling, canvassing, tapping into his national connections, and closing deals.
Rob appreciates the ability to aid landlords with problematic retail properties, regardless of their location, which he has been doing for over 17 years in over 100 cities and 30 states. Currently, he serves as Director for Cushman & Wakefield in the Retail Leasing group.
He considers himself fortunate to collaborate with the two best retail leasing brokers in the business, Terry Ohnmeis and Andrew Sellet, focusing on both landlord and tenant representation. The trio operates in Ohio, Kentucky, and nationally.
Prior to his current role, Rob achieved Top Producer status as a retail leasing agent at a national REIT for multiple years and placed within the top five each year. Additionally, he has received recognition as a CoStar Power Broker for retail leasing and a Cincinnati area Top Producer in brokerage.
Rob's approach emphasizes extensive research & planning, implementation through a diligent work ethic, teaching team members, and then repetition until success. His specialties include retail leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation, deal sourcing and closing, negotiation, management, market and property analysis, training and mentoring, site acquisition and assemblage, redevelopment, urban development, cold calling, canvassing and prospecting, construction, and merchandising.
