Rob has over thirty years of experience in the construction, relocation, logistics, renovation, maintenance, leasing and facility management of retail, industrial and large facility complexes. - Micron Technologies, Inc.
Currently leading the relocation of a mission-critical data center, 150 staff members, and the full decommissioning of the origin site for Micron Technologies, Inc. His role includes managing all phases of the project lifecycle—ensuring continuity of operations during the transition, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing vendor teams for both relocation and decommissioning.
- Chase Bank Account
Rob was responsible for overseeing the full project’s lifecycle of multiple projects in California and Washington with over 180,000 square feet and a capital budget of over $100M. This included the relocation of staff from multiple floors while remaining a fully functional bank, data center and back-office customer service operations.
- Volkswagen of America Account
Responsible for managing the ground up construction and relocation to a new 118-acre Port of Call in Freeport Texas and the decommission of their 80-acre Port of Houston with a capital budget of $120M. Also, in 2023 managed multiple projects across the Western United States with a combined capital budget of $19.1M and a 15% improvement in project delivery timelines through optimized scheduling and resource allocation.
- Realogy Holding Company Account
In 2020 Realogy outsourced its Corporate Real Estate department to Jones Lang LaSalle, Rob led a team of 4 Project Mangers overseeing the West Coast Projects, directing them through all phases of the project lifecycle with an annual budget of $20M. These projects included relocations of staff and equipment, consolidations, remodels and closures.
