About
Mr. Dixon joined Cushman & Wakefield in August of 2015, and works under the direct supervision of John R. Mako, MAI, SRA. He was appointed Director in 2021.
Previously, Mr. Dixon was employed by Lockheed Martin as a Facilities Engineer Senior in Syracuse, NY. While at Lockheed, Mr. Dixon’s primary responsibilities included engineering, design, project management, estimating, capital planning, feasibility and constructability studies, space planning and labor supervision.
Prior to Lockheed Martin, Mr. Dixon was a Project Manager for the national construction management firm The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where he gained valuable and diversified experience in project leadership, management and delivery. He was involved in such projects as big-box retail renovations, ground-up construction of a $2 billion entertainment-retail complex, extensive preconstruction planning and led estimating teams on various public bid competitions.
