About

As Operations Director for Asset Services, Sandra supports a diverse set of assets totaling approx.138 MSF in the Northeast Region. She drives new assignment transitions which include matters of HR, Compliance, Technology, Payroll and Training. She joined C&W with 25 years of Asset Management experience and a strong focus on client relations, accounting and leasing. Her appreciation for the Property Management field from the Asset Management perspective enables her to empower the current 1,000+ Northeast employees in their own professional development. 

Prior to joining C&W, Sandra was an Asset Manager at Invesco and Hypovereinsbank managing 6 million square feet of prominent retail and office portfolios in Boston, Palm Beach and Washington DC generating $400 million in revenue. Her German language skills facilitated dealings with foreign private and institutional clients and their US real estate investments. Prior to this role she held various positions at Hypovereinsbank in Compliance and Finance.
