About

Scott Selke is an Executive Director in the Institutional Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group of Cushman & Wakefield. Located in the San Diego office, he and the team are focused on capital advisory through the nation, with a focus on Western States projects and assets. Scott joined Cushman & Wakefield to work as an integrated advisor to all investment sales property platforms across offices throughout the US. Prior, Mr. Selke founded his own company, S1 Real Estate, working with national and regional developers helping to acquire and capitalize development opportunities in key markets in the West. His experience in the field evolved from tenures at such organizations as Newmark; Merv Griffin’s family office; Hanover Financial Company; BlueWater Equity Partners; and Square Mile Capital Management. Mr. Selke received a Master of Business Administration with honors from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
