As Senior Marketing Manager, Sheila leads our West Region Property Marketing team, which supports the agency leasing business in several key markets including San Diego, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Vancouver, and Denver. In this capacity, she oversees a team of creative marketers and designers who excel in branding, messaging, and campaign development, all aimed at marketing that drives visibility, market interaction and leasing activity for our broker teams. 

Sheila brings nearly 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, graphic design, and business development, with a strong focus on sales, building client relationships, and strategic marketing. She has developed creative strategies that align with client goals, ensuring that the solutions delivered are both effective and tailored to specific needs. Sheila has led various teams of creative marketers, helping them develop thoughtful and effective campaigns that support business growth and boost brand visibility. Her previous roles include serving as Creative Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services Business Development team, Head of Marketing for Retail and Industrial Services at CBRE, and National Marketing Director of Property Marketing at JLL. 

Currently, Sheila and her team of 16 are delivering innovative property marketing solutions for over 215 million square feet of available space across more than 1,000 properties.
