Mr. Braun’s prior work experience and long-standing relationships  provide a solid basis to adequately understand clients’ goals and needs in order to provide strategic  opportunites and solutions.

Before entering commercial real estate, Mr. Braun owned and operated an international apparel  manufacturing and distribution business. His first-hand knowledge of the roles real estate and  associated expenses play in a successful business enterprise has helped him advise clients in the  cost-effective and efficient use of facilities and operations. Through his continued support and  involvement in numerous charities, as well as the positions he holds on various healthcare-related  boards of directors, Mr. Braun has proven to be a valuable resource in the national healthcare arena,  servicing all types of entities
