Tate Hinkelman is a dedicated tenant representation advisor specializing in office leasing strategies for businesses in Houston and across major Texas markets. With over a decade of experience, Tate provides a meticulous, client-centered, strategic process to guide her clients to the best solution while securing the best possible terms.

Tate’s architectural background gives her a unique perspective on space planning, workplace strategy, tenant improvement, and the negotiations process. Her expertise covers new leases and relocations, renewals/extensions, right-sizing through expansion/contraction, as well as running financial analysis and comparative review for buying and build-to-suit versus traditional leasing.

Tate has successfully represented a range of office tenants, from national credit firms to local businesses.
