About

Thomas is a Senior Associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Management Team, where he focuses on property and portfolio-level business plan development and execution, acquisition due diligence, capital improvement evaluations, and business development initiatives. His responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation, lease analysis, technology integration, market research, and reporting. He previously served as an Associate and Analyst before advancing to his current role.

Thomas started his career as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York City Property Management team. Thomas interfaced with the Asset Management team prior to coming aboard full time.
