Todd Beatty is the Managing Principal/Executive Managing Director of the Silicon Valley office of Cushman & Wakefield. His experience over the last 30 years gives him an unparalleled perspective on the business needs of a company as they relate to the strategic real estate decisions facing a company today.

Todd has spent his entire career in Silicon Valley and has represented Landlords and Tenants on all types of transactions from acquisitions to dispositions, build to suits, the more standard lease and campus transactions to the highly complicated strategic plans. Over his career, he has leased or sold over 15 million square feet throughout the United States and Canada. It is his knowledge of the market and his experience of how to approach solutions that made Todd extremely effective in saving clients’ money and making sure the results align with the needs of a client’s business.
