Mr. Wheeler is one of Cushman & Wakefield’s most productive consultants with over 30 years of experience and has served on numerous executive advisory committees and specialty practice groups including as one of the original founders of the Tenant Advisory Group within Cushman & Wakefield.

Mr. Wheeler remains one of the most active advocates for the occupiers of commercial properties in the United States, conducting negotiations for many of the most significant real estate transactions in the Rocky Mountain West, coastal US markets and other markets around the world. Transaction specialties include lease negotiations, build-to-suit contracts, structured finance, lease and sale dispositions and fee simple acquisitions. He has handled corporate headquarters relocations for numerous corporations including Advanced Energy Industries, VF Corporation, Zimmer Biomet Spine, Questar Corporation, Foster Wheeler Corporation, QEP Resources, SourceGas, Transfirst Holdings, Touch America, Big O Tires, Home Buyer’s Warranty and Amoco Production Company. Mr. Wheeler has also represented several law firms, both locally and nationally, including Brownstein Hyatt Farber & Schreck, Davis Graham & Stubbs, Lindquist & Vennum, Kilpatrick Townsend, and Sherman & Howard. Mr. Wheeler leads a team of highly specialized professionals capable of managing complex portfolios or one-off transactions involving office, industrial, mixed-use, land and other types of commercial property.
