Thomas J. O’Leary serves as a Senior Director in both the Capital Markets and Leasing Services Groups of the Stamford, Connecticut office of Cushman & Wakefield. He has more than 30 years of real estate experience, all with Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in investment sales and corporate leasing within the Fairfield and Westchester County markets. Over the last five years, Mr. O’Leary has been responsible for sales and leasing transactions totaling more than $730 million. Mr. O’Leary is also responsible for leasing agencies totaling more than 1 million square feet in Fairfield County.
Mr. O’Leary joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1984 as a senior property accountant in the Asset Services Group for the tri-state region. Prior to becoming a broker in 1989, he was Assistant Manager, Regional Finance and Administration and Regional Analyst for the Financial Services Group.
