Extensive experience in various asset classes in commercial real estate. Vito joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 and as a Managing Director, is responsible for portfolios in both third-party asset management and property management.

During Vito’s 17 + year tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, he has held various positions in Asset Management, Property Management, and Lease Administration. His current portfolio in Asset Management and Property Management consist of 30 properties of approximately 13-millionsquare-feet. He leads a team of professionals to drive best practices, deliver on client objectives, supporting strategic decisions, financial requirements and reporting, leasing, operations, construction and development, and business development.

He has extensive experience with assets in the NYC area and other markets consisting of office, industrial, medical, life science, studio, mix-use, retail, commercial condominiums, and self storage. Further, he has experience with stabilized and distressed assets, major repositioning's and renovations, and new developments.
