Warren Braverman serves as an Account Director at C&W. Warren oversees all account strategy and integrated service delivery for key clients. He has more than 30 years of multi-faceted experience in corporate real estate operations, portfolio & asset management, real estate brokerage, transaction management & negotiations, valuation & advisory, strategic planning, operations/program management, due diligence, and real estate research & financial analysis. Warren has handled almost $3.0B in transaction value, across multi-markets and encompassing more than 10M SF in office, industrial, special purpose, retail and multi-family assets in the financial services and life sciences sectors . Warren has a proven track record of developing, advising, executing and managing real estate operations, strategies and transactions to meet corporate and asset performance objectives.

Prior to joining C&W, Warren held senior level positions in transaction management and corporate real estate operations at CBRE, GMAC Mortgage, Resolution Trust Corporation/FDIC, and the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation.
