Whitney Kerr, Jr. is an industrial real estate broker specializing in sales and lease transactions. He has over 38 years of experience representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area and across the United States.
Whitney began his career in real estate as an industrial specialist for Kerr & Co. in 1984 and became president of the company in 1989. As president, he directed brokerage operations and continued as an individual producer until the merger with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, a legacy Cushman & Wakefield company, in 1995.
