Boris advises private equity, institutional and private real estate investors with buying and selling office and hotel properties and portfolios in the Netherlands. He is responsible for managing over circa EUR 1bn in transactions every year.

He holds a double Masters degree (MSc.) in both Business Administration as well as Real Estate (MRE) and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In addition, he is an author of the leading Dutch journal on commercial leasing law (Tijdschrift voor huurrecht bedrijfsruimte).
