About

I am the head of Cushman & Wakefield in the UK & Ireland, where we employ over 2000 people across 13 offices.

My role in the UK & Ireland is focused on providing strategic leadership to the business so that the firm continues to develop and grow. I also take responsibility for client relationships to ensure that we are delivering our services to a high standard for those clients that need us.

Prior to this role, I led the London Markets division at Cushman & Wakefield, a division comprising of the occupier representation, leasing, capital markets, residential and development teams, specialising in London real estate.

With over 25 years of experience of the London office market, I have advised some of London’s largest occupiers in “key note” real estate transactions. Over the last three years, I have advised clients on major office relocations culminating in some of London’s most high profile pre-leasing acquisitions.

I have been fortunate to advise clients from a broad cross section of sectors including Amazon, Burberry, Ogilvy, Publicis and Thomson Reuters.

If you are a prospective client who would like to discuss a business opportunity with me or are a talented individual looking for their next career move, then please message me so that we can discuss how Cushman & Wakefield can help.

Fitting in the Fit Out

Inflationary pressures that dominated the economic environment in 2022 and 2023 are showing signs of easing across the UK economy. The consequential increases in the Bank of England’s base rate up to 5.25% – the highest level since 2008 – are now expected to gradually ease over the medium-term.
