Ian works within the City of London Project Management & Consultancy team, and works on behalf of a range of Landlords and Tenants on a wide range of fit out works.

Ian specialises in delivering a diverse range of high quality Cat A & B fit outs on behalf of various Landlords and Tenants as well as managing bespoke projects.  In addition, Ian undertakes feasibility studies of potential refurbishment and construction works as well as providing technical advice prior to acquisition.

Within his role he manages the delivery of various schemes involving a technical design team and undertaking the project management and contract administration of works from initial conception through to completion.
