John is a Partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) team delivering integrated, data-driven solutions, aligned to his client’s policy objectives and business strategies.

With over 35 years’ experience of corporate property, including advice to developers and investors, he is well placed to work collaboratively with both public and private sector occupiers on outsourced real estate solutions.

John leads on Cushman & Wakefield’s largest public sector client account as well as other notable public sector accounts. Significant activities include:

  • Providing leadership and management to facilitate the on-boarding of circa. 100 complex new properties into Cushman & Wakefield management within a tight timetable.
  • Led a team to identify circa £1.9bn of assets for disposal, with routes to market.
  • Stakeholder liaison at a senior level in government to facilitate the disposal of a Westminster asset for over £350m.
  • Portfolio realignment to reduce occupation cost and improve efficiency.
