About
Beth joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors, LLC in 2017. As VP Asset Manager, she brings a combined 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate office and industrial asset management. Her current responsibilities include the oversight of property operations and project management for approximately 6 million square feet of Class A/B industrial, retail and office spaces in the Memphis metropolitan area. Her strengths include contract administration, operating expense review/reconciliation, capital and operational budgeting/reporting, vendor contract negotiations, and tenant relationship management.
Historically, in her role as Manager for Lease Administration at CBRE, Beth managed a team of lease administration professionals supporting the daily operation for multiple Fortune 500 companies, and other corporate clients, in managing their real estate portfolios. Her team was responsible for the accurate abstraction, database management, recurring and variable rent payment, and financial & portfolio reporting. Prior to Lease Administration, Beth worked as Property Manager responsible for 3.2 million square feet of industrial/retail space and 300,000 sf of Class A/B office space in Memphis, Tennessee. As Property Manager, Beth was responsible for all financial and operational budgeting, reporting and billing, vendor contract negotiations, management of property staff and contractors, and all day-to-day operations of the portfolio.
