About
Brant serves as Co-Lead of the largest industrial-focused team, specializing in Institutional Leasing, Capital Markets, Private Capital, and user sale transactions.
With over 19 years of commercial real estate experience, Brant focuses on representing both landlords and tenants, negotiating all aspects of purchase and lease transactions. He works strategically with investors, aligning with their acquisition platforms to help achieve their long-term objectives. He is a partner on a multi-broker team that has represented more than 25 million square feet of corporate headquarters, R&D, industrial, and office properties in agency leasing assignments.
Collectively, the team has completed more than 54 million square feet of transactions, representing a total consideration in excess of $7.7 billion.
